Učinek metulja /Butterfly Effect

Danes nekoliko bolj vizualno. Med brskanjem po računalniku sem med tisoč in plus fotografijami našla tudi tole.

Today a little bit more visual. While I was poking around in my laptop, I found this photograph among thousand and one others.

Fotografija je nastala lani poleti med obiskom Arboretuma. Sicer je poleg razstave tropskih metuljev, katere del je tudi metuljček na sliki, potekala še razstava dinozavrov, ki so verjetno za večino obiskovalcev bili večja atrakcija kot metulji.
This photo was made last year, when I visited Arboretum. At that time, there was an exhibition of tropical butterflies and an exhibition of dinosaurs - the last one was probably more exciting for most of the visitors.

Park v Volčjem potoku sem obiskala s sestrično in obe sva bili precej bolj navdušeni nad metulji kot nad gumijastimi dinozavri. Saj so bili spektakularni, a vseeno ni bilo pravega efekta.
I visited the park in Volčji potok with my cousin and we were way more excited about butterflies than rubbery dinosaurs.

Po ogledu dinozavrov, sva se odpravili v prostor, kjer nama je bila obljubljena razstava metuljev. Ne vem zakaj, ampak predstavljala sem si, da bodo tile metulji mrtvi in pribiti na kakšen stiropor (kar je najverjetneje spomin iz otroštva, saj se spominjam, da sem tak prizor nekje že videla). Ko pa sva vstopili v tropsko halo, kjer so se nahajali živi metulji, ki so povrhu vsega še prosto leteli, pa sva doživeli - učinek metulja.
After the dino tour, we went to the area, where the butterfly exhibition was taking place. I don't know why, but I thought that these butterflies would be dead and pinned to a styrofoam (that is probably a memory from my childhood, because I remember seeing this before). But when we went in the hall, where were living butterflies that even flied freely, we experienced - butterfly effect.

Sprehod med prosto letečimi metulji je zagotovo posebno doživetje, zanimivo pa je bilo tudi to, da se metulji sploh niso zmenili za obiskovalce. Brez težav smo jih lahko fotografirali, tako pa so nastale pričujoče fotografije.
A walk among the freely flying butterflies is definitely a special adventure, and the interesting thing was that the butterflies couldn't care less about the visitors. We could take photos of them and that's how these pics were made.

Letos sem Arboretum obiskala še enkrat, tudi tokrat sta obe razstavi potekali sočasno. Ker sem lahko primerjala letošnji postavitvi z lanskimi, sem bila malce razočarana. Letos je bilo na ogled precej manj metuljev, a precej bolj sem bila razočarana nad dinozavri. Tudi teh je bilo precej manj, poleg tega pa so jih postavili v en šotor. Lansko leto so dinozavre porazdelili po skoraj celotni površini parka, zato je bil sprehod med dinozavri veliko večji užitek.
This year I visited Arboretum once again and both exhibitions were taking place. Because I compared this year's placements with last year, I was a little disappointed. There were much less butterflies this year, but I was even more disappointed with the dinos. There were much less of them too and they even put them in one tent. Last year the dinos were located almost around the whole park, that's why a walk among the dinosaurs was a bigger pleasure.
