Today, I'm going to share with you the first invite I ever made. It's nothing complicated, I made it in Office Word and with a little scoop of resourcefulness.
Vabilo je bilo narejeno za mamin 40. rojstni dan. Izbrali sva njene tri slike, na katerih je še bila majhna, jaz pa sem se malce poigrala s pisavo in z oblikovanjem. Robovi fotografij so ostri, to pa je tudi efekt, kakršnega sva hoteli pridobiti. Vrtnico pa sem si izposodila od Googla. Pravzaprav je bila v GIF formatu, zato so robovi modri =). Bilo je moje prvo vabilo, zato mi morate odpustiti napake =).
The invite was made for my mom's 40th birthday. We chose three pics of her as a baby and I played a little with fonts (for the number) and with the design. Edges of photographs are a sharp, which was the effect we were going for. The rose, I snatched from Google. It was actually GIF, that's why the edges are blue =). It was my first, so you'll have to be forgiving =).
Vedno sem se rada poigravala z različnimi tipi pisav. Še vedno se. Všeč mi je spletna stran dafont.com, kjer je na voljo veliko dobrih pisav in tudi zastonj so. No, za tole vabilo nisem uporabila te strani, saj takrat še nisem vedela, da obstaja, a se je veliko poslužujem v svojih sedanjih delih. Ki jih bom kmalu delila z vami =D.
I always liked to play around with different types of fonts. I still do. I like the site dafont.com, where you can find really cool fonts and they're for free. Well, in this invite I didn't use that site, because I didn't know it exsisted at the time, but I do use a lot of fonts in my present work. Which I'll share with you soon =D.
